Sorry, I have been MIA this week.  I had an amazing weekend with 2 of my besties visiting for the Memorial Day holiday...

Went to Hucapoo's last night and can say without a doubt for once the hype was actually true!

With of all of the rain Savannah has been experiencing lately I have been reading.  Yes, I finally caved and started The Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy and let me just tell you the first one was a little racy for my blood but the plot of the second one had me enthralled and I finished it within 36 hours! Onto the third...

Scarf, Scarf On the Wall

I have said it before and I will say it again, I need to give my bedroom a grown-up facelift.  Since, I am quite the procrastinator I haven't started a thing to change my drab bedroom. On the first adventure of "update Jennie's room" I am on the hunt for something new to hang above my bed.  If you remember,  that space is starring Audrey Hepburn via Breakfast at Tiffany's.  I love Audrey but she has been hanging there since I was 19 and in college, time for a change...

I found some inspiration while perusing on Pinterest (crazy, huh?) in the form of framed scarves, never ever would I have thought of that. 

Unfortunately all of these scarves are Hermes {I die}.  Luckily, Bloomingdale's has some more wallet friendly options.

I love the simplicity of the Kate Spade on top, but the bright colors and tigers would definitely bring some much needed contrast to my room.  Which one is your favorite?

Grown-Up Purchase

I feel like a grown up, I think about home purchases more and more often.  I don't know my feelings on that just yet but...I purchased this Jayes towel tray from One King's Lane and I love it.  I plan on using it to hold my perfume bottles and little knick knacks instead of towels though.
